Shipping refund Policy

Refund is received only in the case of non availability of replacement of damaged or wrong product provided with the unboxing video of the damaged product within 24 hrs of delivery by the Customer.

Note: Shipment time line shall be minimum 3 days to maximum 9 days, as these are handmade products and need special attention for meeting your expectations.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email/whatsapp to notify you that we have received your returned item.

We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, within 48 hours. 

Only regular-priced items may be refunded.
