Please understand that these products have been crafted by hand and may have slight differences, irregularities or imperfections in color, design or embellishment. These irregularities are the result of human involvement in the process and add to the finished product’s charm while ensuring you have a one-of-a-kind piece.

Buyer’s satisfaction is our prime and foremost goal. We take a lot of care to check each and every piece before packing and shipping them to you, so that you don’t have to worry about anything. 

While we are pretty sure our products won’t disappoint you, this is just in case something goes wrong

1. No returns/exchange except in case of damaged product received.

2. If the product is found damaged when received please mail us at anaisharticrafts@gmail.com or whatsapp us 9663902959 within 24 hours of the product’s delivery.

3. We will arrange for pick up and delivery with no extra shipping cost only in case of damaged product delivered due to transportation.,

4. To raise a damaged, incomplete order claim for refund/exchange, unboxing video of damaged product is mandatory within 24 hrs of delivery, failing which we will be unable to process your request.

5. Make an unboxing video before opening the parcel and send it over email within 24hrs of delivery at anaisharticrafts@gmail.com or whatsapp 9663902959.

6. For return/exchange under any other circumstances, the below mentioned charges will be charged to the customer and adjusted from the refund amount.

7. For a COD return, a charge of Rs.150 (shipping + COD charges) will be applicable and it will be adjusted in the refund amount paid by the customer.

8. For a Prepaid return, a charge of Rs. 100 (shipping charges) will be applicable and it will be adjusted in the refund amount paid by the customer.

9. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

10. The packaging of the returned product should have the original packaging, tags, cards and all packing materials etc in place.

11. Return shipping courier partner will be arranged by company.

12. Any returned item received by us that does not meet the above-mentioned conditions will not be accepted. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.

Exchange (in case of damaged product received)

1-We only replace items if they are damaged.


2-You can exchange an item with the same or any other item worth the same or higher value available on our website.


3-If you’re asking for an exchange of equal or lesser value, we’ll send your replacement item(s) at no charge.


4-If you’re asking for an exchange of greater value, we will need your payment information to charge you the balance.


5-If the item(s) you requested is not available, we will issue your return.

Refunds

 1. Refund is received only in the case of non availability of replacement of damaged or wrong product provided with the unboxing video of the damaged product within 24 hrs of delivery by the Customer.


2.Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email/whatsapp to notify you that we have received your returned item.


3. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.


4. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, within 48 hours.


5. Only regular priced items may be refunded.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
