You can return your item by following the steps below.

• Contact us at anaisharticrafts@gmail.com or whatsapp us 9663902959 with the unboxing video of the damaged product within 24 hrs of delivery and request a return. Unboxing video is mandatory for return and exchange.
• Returns are typically picked up from the original delivery address within two business days. Please ensure your package is ready to be picked up. Securely pack your return items in the original packaging,making sure any old packing labels are removed or covered and the package is sealed.
• Hand over the parcel to our shipping partner.

Since all our items are handmade by artists and creators we have to rely on the time taken by them so that we can deliver the best.

Ideally most of the orders will be dispatched within 5 - 6 days or may be even early or late depending on the product availability, work and demand of the product.Once your order is ready we immediately dispatch and the standard delivery time is 7-10 days throughout the country. Expect delayed deliveries in times of festivities like Rakhi, Diwali etc.

Please note that the transit time mentioned for delivery is only for ideal scenarios.

For special Hand painted and terracotta items, we may take 10-12 working days to deliver them to you.

Each of our products are carefully handcrafted and while we try to deliver exactly as in the picture, there might be a very slight difference, irregularities, or imperfections in color, prints, designs or embellishments as they are handmade entirely.These irregularities are the result of the human involvement in the process and add to the finished products charm while ensuring you have a one-of-a-kind piece.

These terracotta jewelleries are not soft as these are Handcrafted in clay and baked in fire in a high degree kiln to create a durable jewelry piece. However, they may crack if dropped. Little care should be taken to prevent your terracotta jewellery while handling. Avoid keeping any heavy thing on jewellery or mishandling while wearing as it may break.

Primarily they are non-toxic. However, they may be hazardous if swallowed. Please keep it away from kids.
